Cody Simpson has a liking to body art, but it appears his latest tattoo wasn’t permanent. After causing a social media meltdown with fans on whether or not his latest ink was real, the star finally admitted it was fake.
On Friday the entertainer shared another picture of the image, but this time the ink was almost gone as it was only put on his skin with a pen “Just to clear the rumours, I didn’t get a tattoo. It was just sharpie. almost gone,” tweeted Cody Simpson from his official Twitter account. The entertainer included a picture of his wrist and what was left of the marking that he previously showcased on social media.
Cody Simpson, along with other artists, have found a strong connection with fans who like to dabble in tattoos. Almost more important than the threads the artists are wearing, the tattoos are carefully scrutinized and give everyone a reason to check out the latest designs on the skin. So far all of Cody Simpson’s designs are temporary, but that doesn’t mean that he won’t be getting a permanent ink in the future.
